In a distinctly Catholic setting, the National Catholic Youth Conference invites participants to encounter Christ, experience church, and be empowered for discipleship.
At NCYC Catholic young people and their chaperones—youth ministers, campus ministers, parents, catechists, priests, coaches, and scout leaders—come together to pray, learn, and grow in their faith. In addition to opportunities to receive the sacraments of the Eucharist and penance, NCYC participants attend general and breakout sessions on topics relevant to living as a disciple of Christ in today's world, visit with organizations that provide resources and other support to youth and youth ministry, spend time in personal and communal prayer, and engage in service to other.
NCYC will take place November 16-18th, 2023 in Indianapolis, IN. But the time to prepare is now!
PLEASE NOTE...
This IS NOT A COLLEGE / YOUNG ADULT Conference . This conference is for High School Teens ages 14-18. The NFCYM and the Archdiocese of Newark view adults as people over the age of 21. If ouy choose to bring college age. young adults ages 18-20 they will be considered "Chaperone Assistants".

Wednesday January 18th

Thursday February 23rd
Both sesions will be from 7:30pm to 9pm at the St. John Paul II Youth Retreat Center in Kearny.
We will discuss/ reveiw the following
-what is NCYC
-what is the cost involved in attending
-how can you fundraise for this
-what do you need to do to organize a group from your parish/ school
-timelines and paperwork
We will also share with you informatin and resources for you to take back to your parish/ school to have your own information session on.
